The 600t/h circular arc track grain ship loader is installed on the dock of the export berth of Jinshahe Group in Woyang Port, Anhui Province. It consists of a telescopic chute system, arm, rear support frame, door frame, arm telescopic mechanism, belt conveyor system, trolley travel system, rear slewing bearing system, windproof anchoring, driver's room, electrical system, platform walkway and ladder, dust removal device and other parts.

The working principle of the machine is: the rear feeding belt conveyor is aligned with the material receiving point at the rotation center of the rear slewing bearing of the ship loader to feed the material, and the material is transported to the head through the belt conveyor on the ship loader and falls through the telescopic chute to load the ship. During the loading process, the different types of ships to be loaded can be covered in all directions of cabin length and cabin width through the single or combined actions of the trolley walking, boom extension and retraction mechanisms, so as to achieve the purpose of loading.
