Hello, We had a wonderful experience flying with Turkish Airlines ECN Terminal. It's a small terminal, but that was a good thing—everything was within reach, and no need to run around. The check-in desks were adequately staffed, and the staff assisted us in checking in a couple of oversized items without any hassle. Security was a snap, and the terminal was clean and looked new. There's a tiny café and a convenience shop for last-minute purchases. Turkish Airlines crew members were courteous, relaxed, and communicative at all times. Our flight departed on schedule, and boarding gate was handled efficiently. I enjoyed the warm, no-hassle atmosphere. Ideal for a relaxed start to our holiday.
